Why choose us …
As subject experts we are uniquely placed to offer tailored solutions to the complex range of challenges facing those in social care, health and education.
From our extensive work on Local Safeguarding Children Practice Reviews and in direct practice we know that children and their families are best served when the multiagency audience around them works together. Reflective Practice and Supervision is a key concept in how this can be achieved.
Think Family
The concept of “Think Family” and the importance of working across children’s and adults services has been established since the late 1990’s when it was recognised that practitioners working with adults needed to train alongside children’s practitioners to implement a coordinated approach based on an understanding of family systems.
With ever more fragmented and specialised services, promoting a whole family approach has never been more important.
