Found the training sessions interactive and love that we were able to practice on day 2. Learnt a lot through the conversations that ensued. It was two days of pressing the pause button and assessing own practice, honestly; think about the people I supervise and how they can benefit from a much more reflective safe space; thinking about the child/family at the centre.
