Supervision for Supervisors Refresher

Overview

This refresher session revisits core principles of effective supervision, supporting participants to update their knowledge of the 4x4x4 supervision model and strengthen reflective supervision skills. Through a combination of discussion, quizzes, and case study work, learners reflect on how previous training has been applied in practice, revisit key concepts, and deepen their understanding of reflective processes, including different levels of reflection and the supervision cycle. The session encourages critical thinking and shared learning, culminating in the development of a personal action plan to support ongoing professional development and enhance supervisory practice.
