Chairing Meetings

Effective inter-agency collaboration involves meetings which enable not only information to be shared but also the positive use of scrutiny and challenge. Such meetings need to be truly accessible to children and their families in a way that pays more than lip service to service user and carer involvement. Our training involves working with those responsible for chairing meetings to achieve this outcome.
