Rosemary Horbury

Rosemary is a qualified social worker, with many years experience of working with children and families as a practitioner and front line manager. Her experience as a trainer began when working in the latter capacity; she delivered multi-agency child protection training as well as training staff in her own agency.

For the last 7 years Rosemary has worked as a service manager for Cafcass (Child and Family Court Advisory and Support Service) where she has had a training role and currently works as a Quality Improvement and Knowledge, Learning and Development Manager. In that capacity, she is responsible for delivering training on risk assessment, safeguarding practice and supervision skills.
