Mel Thornton
Mel is an experienced social worker who after time in the statutory sector moved on to work with Barnardo’s where she developed her management and training skills including presenting at national conferences. Seven years ago she was appointed as a learning and development consultant, with a lead on safeguarding. She is an experienced trainer of supervisors and currently works independently.
