Louise Garrett
Louise has been training first line managers of Child and Family Social Workers as an Employee Development Officer for Bradford West Yorkshire, since 2003. In the last three years, she has been training the model and method developed by Tony Morrison.
She is a Registered Social Worker, and was for many years a Senior Practitioner Social Worker (with Children Young People and Families) before moving into staff development. As well as designing and delivering numerous courses to staff groups working across the field of social care practice, I have a particular responsibility to co-deliver and coordinate the post qualifying consolidation module for Social Workers in conjunction with Bradford University.
