Meet the Team
Dave Hilson (administrator)
Dave is the In-Trac Business Improvement Consultant. He has an extensive Financial Services background with experience in both banking and insurance, primarily in quality management and more recently in operational risk management.
Dave is responsible for the improvement of the various systems and processes that In-Trac uses to manage its business and is leading the In-Trac work towards ISO 9001:2008 certification. He is also responsible for overseeing the efficient management of large training programme projects/contracts.
