The training is offered in two parts.
Therefore:If you are an NQSW supervisor you will need to complete the three day programme. If you are an EPD supervisor you will need to complete the three day and the two day programme
Please note - The two-day EPD supervisor training is only available for supervisors who have completed the NQSW three-day supervisor training.
The training offers a combination of a clear theoretical base, anchored in the teaching and development of supervisory skills, and the application of practical tools and frameworks. The core message of the training is that supervision is part of the intervention process with children and families.
