Bridget is a Registered Social Worker and an experienced trainer and consultant, who has worked in the private, public and non-profit making sectors. She has extensive experience of promoting a learning organization / culture, with skills and competencies in facilitating leadership and management development / team effectiveness and change management processes. Bridget has a particular passion for social care supervision and child protection practice.
