Meet the Team
Alison Fisher
Alison works part time for West Yorkshire Probation in a relatively new role as Diversity Manager (this covers North Yorkshire Probation as well). Prior to that she managed the trainee programme for West Yorkshire Probation for 10 years. She is also an Executive Director of Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust (an acute hospital) and a lay member of conduct and competency hearings for the General Teaching Council. She is enthusiastic about the role that learning and development play in improving outcomes.
