Gillian Earl

Gillian is a registered health visitor having spent 28 years within the NHS. She has undertaken a variety of safeguarding roles. Her last role was as Nurse Consultant for Child Protection at Great Ormond Street Hospital. She has undertaken supervision, developed, implemented and evaluated safeguarding supervision policies and systems within a community and acute health environment together with undertaking Individual Management Reviews.

She has worked as a national NSPCC Senior Training and Development Consultant having a wide training experience including being an national assessor on the Training for Trainers Course. She has a Masters Degree in Child Protection and has trained supervisors to use Tony Morrison's model of supervision. Currently offering a mentoring service to senior health managers with responsibility for the safeguarding agenda within their organisations.
