Dave Hilson

Dave is the In-Trac Office & Business Development Manager. He has an extensive Financial Services background with experience in both banking and insurance, primarily in quality management and more recently in operational risk management. He is also a certified ISO 9000 lead auditor.

Dave is responsible for the management of the In-Trac Administration office and the improvement of the various systems and processes that In-Trac uses to manage its business. He is leading the In-Trac work towards ISO 9001:2008 certification and is also responsible for overseeing the efficient management of large training programme projects/contracts and in addition for seeking and supporting relevant tender opportunities.
