Carla Thomas

Carla is a qualified Social Worker (registered with the GSCC) with approx. 30yrs experience. She is currently employed part-time as Training and Development Adviser by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and is also working as a freelance trainer and consultant. She has developed and delivered training on safeguarding children related topics (including the impact of parental mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse, etc), safeguarding assessment and analysis, as well as on adults safeguarding. She has developed a number of training manuals and is accredited to deliver training on a number of assessment tools as well as on safer recruitment.
