Our Associates
In-Trac associates are not only experts in their chosen field but are also experienced trainers. Their backgrounds reflect In-Trac's core business; each associate is drawn from relevant backgrounds, e.g. ex-social worker, health visitors, police.
In-Trac has a strong business relationship with its associates who are an important and valuable asset. There is a mutual loyalty and many associates have worked with In-Trac since the company was founded.

Although legally defined as 'sub contractors' the associates commitment to In-Trac's values reflects a partnership approach. Each associate is interviewed, references are taken up, insurance details are checked and a CRB check is carried out. We then contract with individual associates to provide specific pieces of work throughout the year.
Each associate is able to draw on the support and advice of In-Trac's Training Manager and our Administration team. The office function is provided as a service to our associates and to ensure that all materials are provided to a consistent standard. Our training manager also samples a number of courses each year in order to ensure quality is maintained and customer feedback is received and acted upon.
